The importance of feeling confident while wearing Lovely Lily Design shorts

Kia ora Lovey ladies,

As I operate my stall at the Wanganui River markets, I frequently hear remarks from the lovely curvy women in attendance expressing their hesitation about wearing shorts. Comments like "I don't feel confident enough to rock shorts" or "I'm not sure I can pull them off" are all too common. It saddens me deeply to witness how societal pressures shape these perceptions of beauty and confidence.

While I proudly flaunt my hairy legs and thick thighs, it's never been a concern for me. My mission is to change the narrative surrounding mid-curve fashion in the industry. Why should those of us with a bit of extra cushioning be excluded from wearing the adorable clothing everyone else enjoys? Lovely Lily Designs was born out of my own struggles as a curvy woman to find the stylish matching co-ords that seem readily available to others. From that simple notion, I embarked on the journey of creating this small business.

At Lovely Lily Designs, our shorts are specially crafted to embrace the curves of the body. Featuring a high-waisted design and a length that's just right, they offer both style and comfort. And yes, we understand the importance of pockets! As someone with a curvy figure myself, I appreciate the ample room provided for both my bum and my front pouch.

Crafted from luxurious linen, our shorts at Lovely Lily Designs are truly exquisite. They boast a remarkable softness that only improves with time. While linen may not offer much stretch, our sizing is notably generous. It's essential to measure your widest part, whether that's your hips or waist, to ensure the perfect fit. Should you have any concerns regarding your measurements, don't hesitate to reach out. We're happy to accommodate with custom sets tailored to your unique proportions.

All you gorgeous ladies ready this, I just wanted to say that you're beautiful x
