For a secure return, we suggest using a traceable shipping method, as I cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged returns during transit. It's important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by Lovely Lily Designs.

To qualify for a return, items must be in pristine condition:

• clean, unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains, with all tags securely attached.

Returns are typically processed within 5 working days upon arrival. Refunds will be issued through your original payment method, excluding the initial shipping costs from the original order, which are non-refundable.
